Funky little hotel and restaurant perched above the Baie de Somme, with colourful interiors and the most desirable sea views.
It’s hard to imagine a more stunning location on the northern coast than perched on the Bois de Cise cliffs, between the green valley and the blue sea, with the Baie Somme in sight. The Hotel-Restaurant Le Cise is all eclectic interiors, white walls and pops of deep blue, courtesy of the French picture windows onto the sea.
Open year round.
Double rooms start from 106 € per night. Use the calendar to find the rate and availability on a specific date and to book online.
The Bois de Cise. An immense park a hundred meters above the sea level with its green valley, trimmed with belle-époque villas, that plunges through the immense cliff into the ocean.
Rooms: 11 rooms and suites, 6 from which you can actually see the ocean from your bed! They all have a little sitting area; delux bedding and most come with chromotherapy baths. Thoughtful little attentions throughout: complimentary water, Nespresso machine and local guidebook on your bedside table.
Bar: Cosy bar with large French windows and vintage brown velvet mellow sofas.
Restaurant: White walled modernist restaurant and stunning view over the big blue. The sophisticated menu and fancy decor (and prices that match) make it ideal for a romantic evening. If you are looking for more of a fisherman’s seafood feast, prefer the local restaurants of the neighbouring harbour villages.
Pool: The hotel Le Cise does not have a swimming pool.
Breakfast is abundant and well garnished and served in the light-filled restaurant and on the terrace.
