Eric Guérin, chef and owner of sister hotel and Michelin star restaurant La Mare aux Oiseaux, gently and stylishly awakened this century old grand-dame of an Anglo-Norman manor and eventually gave the keys to two of his trusted fellow companions Nadia and Joackim. Nadia is the maitresse de maison of Le Jardin des Plumes, and will make you feel like an old friend visiting from the moment you step inside, while Joackim, the chef, will treat you to his tasty and contemporary cuisine.

The restaurant Le Jardin des Plumes. Contemporary takes on Art Deco in the light filled dining room, courtesy of the large bay windows that open onto a park. The chef Joackim has a comfort-food-revisited focus on local produce, while the sommelier Cyril will guide you on a journey through the less-known vineyards of the country.
